Hair fall is not an easy problem to crack. you might have tried numerous product remedies out there but nothing seems to work. The reason when it comes to issues like hair fall one just doesn't need a remedy but a good plan to eradicate the problem from its root.



The first thing that you should eat after you are up and fresh is curry leaves. curry leaves are a rich source of beta carotene, amino acids, and antioxidants which strengthen the hair follicles making them probably the most effective foods to stop hair fall and hair thinning. One is suggested to take three to five curry leaves put it in the mouth. Now it's extremely important that one keeps chewing them until the extraction of almost everything out of them and they turn into a paste rather a liquid. This total process will hardly take five minutes and the results will be simply amazing. Fresh curry leaves should be chosen for the best results. It is better to have a tree in the house or neighborhood.


The second important thing to do is to drink water in a copper jug. Copper acts as a catalyst in the body for releasing the iron extracted out of red blood cells helping in hair growth. Moreover, copper charged water keeps the digestive issues away which are another major reason for hair fall problems for people.

Method: Wake up, drink water, brush your teeth, freshen up, and then have curry leaves. After you have curry leaves make sure you don't eat anything for about 30 minutes. Let the curry leaves work within your system. Meanwhile, you can nourish your hair for it's an old-age way of using buttermilk also works as an excellent cleanser. Buttermilk makes the roots stronger by replenishing with protein and other essential nutrients. Simply take some unsalted chars and with your fingers gently rub it on your scalp make sure to massage it evenly onto the roots of the hair. Leave for at least 20 minutes and wash it off with running cold water.  Please remember, no hot or lukewarm water as warm water on the head makes the hair roots weaker. if you follow this hair care routine 100% you will see a drastic difference in just a matter of a few days and eventually hair fall will stop.

Water is called life. Loren Eiseley, an American anthropologist, educator, philosopher, and natural science writer said, “If there is magic on this planet, it is contained in water.” For an obese and overweight person, water can tremendously help to remove fat, increases metabolism, and helps to control the cravings of a person. The followings are the recipes by mixing with water it becomes a marvelous drink for a healthy body.


1. Grapefruit and Cucumber

Grapefruits are naturally detoxifying to the body, so that makes this detox water even more powerful! Make sure to look out for grapefruits when they’re in season in the winter and spring.

Ingredients: 1/2 grapefruit (sliced) and 1 cucumber (sliced)

2. Strawberries, Grapes, Lime, and Mint

This drink is a great go-to because the fruits can almost always be found all year round at your local grocery store.

Ingredients: 5 grapes halved, 1/2 lime sliced, 4 strawberries halved, and 5 mint leaves

3. Lemons and Cherries 

The cherries in think drink make it a good late-spring and summer drink because that’s when cherries are in season and the most affordable!

Ingredients: 8 whole cherries (halved if you like a little extra flavor) and 1/2 lemon sliced

4. Peaches, Plums, and Mint

5. Pomegranates and Mint

Ingredients: 1/2 cup pomegranate seeds, 10 mint leaves

6. Oranges, Lemons, and Limes

This detox water is packed with citrus fruits, which makes it really high in Vitamin C.  This is a great drink for cold and flu season to keep your immune system healthy.

Ingredients: 2 orange slices, 2 lemon slices, and 1 lime slice

7. Blackberries and Mint
